Sense Intermittently Battery Drain

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense is about a few months old.  It works very well and really no problems.  My Sense is updated with latest firmware and latest IOS Application.

About once a week the sense battery is dead at various times night, day etc.  Sort of aggravating.   For example, last night the battery read 84%.  About four hours later the sense was dead as I wear it. The app on my IOS device was not running.   I put the device on the charger and the sense started and registered 0 % and charged normally and works fine.  After charging it will register 100% charge and work as normal for several days.  Then it will be dead again.  As I stated this happens about once a week.  Any ideas.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi, Have a look on here how others have dealt with battery draining problems - One thing to try is to turn off the phone's Bluetooth at night.

Snore detection AND SpO2 will cause quite a drain at night. To remove SpO2, remove the SpO2 tracker app and don't use an SpO2 watch face, and try with Snore detection off.

However the erratic behaviour seems a little strange.

Another thing is to make sure sleep is enabled at night [it can be set in watching settings to come on during the night] this will dim the screen and stop the display from waking on movement.
