This morning I received a no device found when syncing with my iPad. First time this has happened. Sense is fully charged and working on its own display. Any tips?

Hi @SarahD56. Welcome to the Community!

Thanks for letting me know that your Sense isn't syncing correctly with your iPad and let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, may I know if you've used other devices to sync your watch or do you have other Bluetooth connections nearby? Please note that if you have multiple Bluetooth devices nearby your Sense, they may interfere with the connection and prevent you from syncing.

If this doesn't apply to you, please try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth devices list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your iPad.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. If you get a Bluetooth pair authorization should appear, tap pair.

I'll look forward to your response.
