My sense has not detected my sleep pattern since the beginning of this month.  I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions,  but to no avail.  It has also stopped tracking my heart rate, and SPo2..

Hi @Charm73, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you track your sleep in order to receive sleep stages. Thank you for all the troubleshooting you have already tried.

If you received a sleep log, but it doesn't include your sleep stages; the possible causes are listed in our help article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? > Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?

In addition, if your device is not registering your heart rate, it won't track neither SpO2 nor Sleep stages.

This being said, i recommend that you restart your device if you haven't done so. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.

I have restarted my device multiple times. I've also updated the app,
clear cache, deleted and reinstalled the app to no avail.

Hi @Charm73, thank you for your response. I'm sorry to know you are still not getting sleep data.

We call sleep pattern to a sleep log that only includes your time asleep, restless, and awake. Did you get at least this kind of pattern?

If you did, then tap the sleep record that shows your sleep pattern for more information about why you only got a sleep pattern.

In addition, sleep stages are a detailed insight of your light, deep and REM sleep. In order to get this report, your device needs to read the heart rate variability (HRV). This being said, does your device properly read heart rate?

By experience, you might have slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight. Learn how to wear your device for optimal sleep tracking.
