I have yet to purchase a Fitbit that lasts a year. I purchased my last Fitbit Sense in September of 2022 and to replace it in June 2023 because I was having issues. Received my replacement with no problem. Here we are, 4-5 months later and the replacement just stop charging. The warranty is only 90 day's, so I can't get it replaced but they sent a discount code for 35% off. No, thank you. I will no longer purchase this product!!!

Hi @Paulicia - very often it is not a watch problem, see instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

My husband and I both have the same watch. His charges and mines does not. So it's not the charger.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue charging your Fitbit Sense. Please make sure that the charging contacts on your device are perfectly clean. In doubt please carefully follow the instructions under 'Trackers and Watches' following this link:
