During workout yesterday, Sense stopped working. Looks like it reset and stuck on Fitbit logo along with solid red light on the back. Tried everything and final step of factory reset but solid red light still on and now won't connect back to app when trying to set up again so stuck download app screen. Only 1 year old and very disappointing.

Hi @Awndug - if you factory reset the watch, remove the Sense Bluetooth entries and logout of the app, and restart both phone and watch.
Login to the Fitbit App again and click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" as the watch will need reinstalling from scratch as it is in a state as it was when you bought it. If all goes well it should connect and setup again.
