I have been wearing my Sense for a couple weeks now and out of all the nights, I have only received a sleep score once. Before my Sense I had an Ionic and always received a sleep score with no issues.
I have tried moving the sense to different locations as recommended, even flipping it so it was on the underside of my wrist and still no luck. Also cleaned my sense and arm before going to bed with no change. I am also seeing that if I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, it will break my sleep into two sleep sessions.
Is anyone else seeing this issue and does anyone have any ideas on how to improve the sleep score with the Sense?

@Alanped can you please log in to Fitbit Dashboard in the browser, go to settings there and under advanced settings make sure that your sleep sensitivity is set to normal? Sleep score same as sleep stages requires min 3 hours of continuous sleep. Also, could you confirm you're getting sleep stages and your heart rate is being recorded?

Thanks for the response, I have checked in settings and I just changed the sensitivity to normal. I will test tonight and let you know what I get along with checking the heart rate.

Sleep mode is much more accurate now, I am seeing accurate sleep stages but not seeing my heart rate or score still.

Today I noticed after sleep from 8:50pm to 5:20am my Fitbit Sense only registered 3:18am to 4:32am. Should I return my watch? Could it be defective?
