Sense Stopped Tracking

My Sense has stopped tracking Heart Rate and Footsteps. Nothing I do will get it to turn back on. I went to bed at 80% and woke up dead and unresponsive. I have done a hard  restart on my Sense, cleared all user data, reset to factory settings, and uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. It will sync to my phone but nothing turns the green lights for tracking back on. Any extra help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @FishySoup It sounds like you have tried everything that is likely to help. The only thing left is to contact Fitbit Support   I hope they are able to help you.
