Sense - Touchscreen not working

My Fitbit Sense touchscreen on some functions will not work, when I got to settings and display it does not allow me to select different functions such as brightness, wake on motion etc yet some other functions still work fine, any help appreciated

Thank you for reporting that your Sense touchscreen is not working properly and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to do the following:

  1. Restart your Fitbit Sense.
  2. Change the clock face.
  3. Sync your device with the Fitbit app.
