I am now at my wits end! I have never been more frustrated with a product that this.
I am trying to update the software without connecting to the wifi, but the watch immediately starts showing the wifi option which stays there until a red cross appears and I have to start again.
I have done the factory reset multiple times and I still cannot get the thing to work, in spite of following the prescribed steps. 3 days I've wasted on this. This watch simply does not work.
I am never buying another fitbit product after this.

Hi @steveoo7 - just in case have you tried to remove any Bluetooth entries for the watch on your phone, remove the watch from the account, Logout of the app, turn off all other Bluetooth watches and phones/tablets then restart both watch and phone and then setup the watch again?
