Sense – Without Sense and lot of problems

In Aug 2020 I bought Versa 2 (S$ 268) it has GPS issues with phone. At the end Customer service say they don’t support latest phones (I am using Samsun S20 Plus) they support only listed phones and versions. help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315.

After little bit research (Versa 3 Vs Sense) I bought Sense (S$ 488) (due to hype) on 11 Oct (Last Sunday). Have lot of problem and Customer Service don’t have solutions. No replies to email also. When we chat a set of standard replies. (Reinstall App, restart watch, raising this with our higher team). With that price I might get buy better stable watch like apple, Samsung …. I used Ionic before that is good watch. That’s the reason I stick to Fitbit but learned good lesson.

I have following issues with Sense, if anyone of you have solution please help me.

  1. Battery not coming 6+ Days. Fully charged on 11 Oct by 14 Oct battery left with 15%.
  2. In FitBit (Phone) app I set units as Kilometres but in Exercise App (Watch) it is showing in miles where as in Today App (Watch) it is showing in Kilometres. While jogging watch notifying (vibrate) based on miles only.
  3. Distance wrong in exercise app. Other app like Samsung Health App, .MOVE app and even Ionic showing 5.7 kms for the same track Sense showing 4.9 kms and Map also not showing full track. It will stop at 4.9 and but in watch the time moving.
  4. After Sense sync with Fitbit Mobile App, in Mobile App I have “High and Low heart rate" option twice.

Have no idea where you live and maybe thats a contributing factor but as long as your phones bluetooth version is equal to or older than the bluetooth version in the versa bluetooth should work.  I run Android 10 on a MotoG7 and have no issues related to hardware compatibility.  Have had to adjust permissions in my phone settings upon updates to the OS or new version but no compatibility issues.

Hi Duc916, Noted, and Thank You for your reply. The support team doesn't know this answer. they advise to restart the app, install app..... they never ask me to check the Bluetooth version. now I bought Sense it has more issues. Thank you for your response.
