Why can I not charge the phone on a regular outlet like most smartwatches? It keeps telling me to find another outlet. My outlets are perfect, newly built home with updated electrical pannel.
Why do we have to use the port in the computer. This is inconvenient. I don't always have my computer nearby?
Am I missing something?

Hi @Manakahu
Per Fitbit, "Plug the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device into a USB port on your computer, a UL-certified USB wall charger, or another low-energy device. Attach the other end of the cable to your device". This information was found here How do I charge my Fitbit device? Have you tried a different UL-Certified USB wall charger? I know a couple of my wall chargers give the message you receive, but two other chargers seem to work properly.

Hi, I do also get the same message as you no matter how I try to charge my Sense.
I have tried different UL-Certified USB wall chargers, even the one that I bought to quick charge my Iphone. But no, it keeps telling my to find another outlet. I have even tried different outlets home, at work. But no😬
