I do the same routine every day get up at 5:40am take off my watch set it on it charger take a hot soaking bath then I go get my watch off the charger, it always fully charged I put it on about 25 minutes later my watch shut down? & does a hard restart I am like wow ok but now when it started up had a different clock face for about 5 seconds then went back to normal but all my sp02 data is gone tells me to sleep to collect data I am like ok maybe some update just took place but a few minutes latter it shut down again and does another hard restart. Yesterday I went into setting and changed one thing>Vibration & audio I changed the vibrations from normal to strong. I have done nothing else to the watch. Is my watch about to take a swan dive into the asphalt? should I take it back to Costco and exchange it asap? & if i do do I lose all my data for the month I have collected?

I think it is pairing issue caused between a cell phone and a laptop & that the laptop windows vir FitBit App, so on the Laptop when I come back to it and try to manually sync it it was causing the watch to do a hard restart as to why? conflict's somewhere is the issue as it seems to drop the pairing of the device but still says it paired. Regardless what i had to do was turn off All-Day Sync. seems so far has fixed the issue of my watch getting a forced restart but I still lost my sp02 data for last night let hope tonight it shows back up fingers crossed.
Oh side note: Reason sp02 data was lost is the watch face is removed during a hard restart(2-5 seconds my watch displayed a different clock face) and I believe that some hows deletes the date stored up.
Another side note: take everything I say about this with a grain of salt I am just testing theory's.
