Sense alarm keeps defaulting to tomorrow and will never go off

I’ll set my alarm before midnight and it says tomorrow. But then in the morning my alarm doesn’t go off. When I check my alarms it still says tomorrow in the morning. Essentially my alarms are never going off in the mornings anymore. I’ve checked for updates, resynced, deleted alarms and created new ones. And reset my Fitbit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Corey9 - it's quite easy to set an alarm for tomorrow and in exiting turn it off.

Go back into alarms and make sure that it is not red (turned off).

Also try restarting the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device?

No I have tried resetting the watch, and the alarms are still yellow. I’ve even tried setting an alarm for 1-2 minutes away, then the time will pass and when I reopen the alarm instead of saying today it will still be yellow but now say tomorrow.

@Corey9 - very strange. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can take you through a factory reset as it has to be done properly in order not to destroy the watch.

We're having the same issue with my wife's Sense 2 watch. She just upgrading from a Versa 2 but needs the alarms to work to get her up in the morning for work. This is a serious bug that many people, are reporting and it's not getting fixed.

I actually solved the issue by updating my tracker within the app. Seemed to solve it so give that a go!

Well I tried resetting it a few times(which never worked) and then it randomly fixed itself. It was super annoying and sorry I don’t have a proper “fix” to offer you. Good luck..
