Sense & Fitbit App Have Gone Haywire

My Sense and Fitbit app are completely hosed up. I can't figure out where to even begin to describe it. Everything worked fine until about midday Friday, 11/12. Since then:

1. After midday Friday I couldn't enter food consumed on the current day, it logged it in the previous day's food log. I uninstalled and re-downloaded the Fitbit app to my phone and things got back to normal for a while.

2. Then this evening when I tried to add to the food log all I got was a spinning circle. Nothing came up to enter.

3. Now Sense seems to have quite communicating with the FItbit app. Steps and calories burned are no longer updating. I logged out and tried to log back in on my phone and all I get is the "Please Wait" spinning circle.

What on earth is going on??????????????????????????????

Have you tried restarting to watch? That may at least get the device and app communicating again.

also clear the cache or cookies and turn off the phone and then restart.

Hope this helps some of your problems

I noticed some major issues with my sense 6-8 weeks ago. I get credit for floors that i dont do, not just one or two but as many as 50 a day. I dont do more than one or two. I get 2 floors just for getting out of bed in fact. Now im getting litterally thousands of extra steps each day, when using a stationary bike. I have lost all faith in this device. I have called CS at least a half dozen times and every one tells me that they will escallate the problem to their engineering department and that i will receive an email from them regarding the issue. No emails to this point from engineering.

I have started asking fo speak to a member of management last couple times and i think all the CS reps have a que card that says im sorry they are all in a meeting, That just isnt possible every time i call. I did talk enouigh to one agent who did decide to get me a supervisor who listened to me, basically parotted what the agent told me then hung up on me.

I have lost all faith in fitbit due to this after using this brand prior to wearables. Im not confident in any of the data on this watch with the exception of the time.
