Sense and Wallet

Trying to reinstall sense device in Fitbit app.,but get wallet front screen which is preventing code number to be displayed.

Hi @DaveKeenan.

 

Have you tried pressing the button to see if that dismisses the wallet from the screen? Also you can try restarting your Sense by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until the Fitbit logo appears) to see if that fixes it.

If what you are describing is the factory reset the yes. However had to repeat the process several times.
