Does anyone know if Sense really delivers 24h heart monitoring (as advertised) or is it necessary to pay premium to access the feature? I currently possess a Blaze (which I like but it is looking tired) and sadly you only get to use about 16 hours of your watch's feature unless you pay into the premium, which I think, when compared to Netflix and such, it is really bad value for money. Thank you for your answers.

@PHB2020 The detailed sleep HR graph is a premium only feature. This gives you a separate heart rate graph just for your sleep and is more detailed than the standard HR chart. It also shows your average HR and what percentage of time you spent below and above your resting HR.
The standard HR chart that is in the HR tile is indeed 24/7, and will show your HR for the entire 24hr period. This is free to all users. The best way to think about this is the premium chart being a "zoomed" in section (sleep) of this basic chart, giving a slightly more detailed view.

The heart rate monitoring is indeed 24/7. You do not need premium for that.

@PHB2020 not really sure if I understood the question correctly but you will be able to get full HR monitoring, 24 hours for at least 6 days... It's not behind paywall. You will be able to use ECG as well once it's approved in your country.

Thank you N8.
The HR chart is indeed more detailed through premium, but should it be so? It is only a chart, the watch is doing all the reading. Imagine having a Fitbit car with Air Con, only it doesn't go below 25c unless you pay into a premium. Blaze is my second Fitbit and I am satisfied overall, but somehow this premium thing is annoying me. I get it that to watch videos and follow certain fitness programs, you would need to pay more, but to unlock features the product you bought already possesses...
Anyway , thank you again for taking the time.

Fully agreed !
Maybe i get that wrong but what i understand from @N8teGee post is, that Heartrate reading is artificially watered down if i dont pay premium. And even if i pay this this exact readings are only aviable in sleepmode.

@Honepeople not quite. The HR chart that is available for all users is the same HR chart that existed long before premium was even a thing. So in that sense non premium users haven't lost anything. When premium was introduced, so was the sleep HR chart with the more detailed view. This has only ever been a premium feature and never existed before premium.

I feel that "expanded" readings, which is what they are, are only there to hook people on the otherwise "2 a penny" fitness videos and various programs. Nobody would or should pay what amounts to the same as a Neflix account (in the UK) just for a few fitness tips and such, but maybe that is just me. I will not pay what is a fair sum of money over a year, just to get the best of a product I have bought in good faith.
Thank you for your comments.

I would like to link this suggestion.
Some users are asking for a reduced Premium subscription to be able to get the sleep data locked behind the paywall.
I personally believe those data shouldn't be behind a paywall although.
