Sense asking to pair with my phone

Hi, all since I installed the newest firmware update 128.6.17 phone sense is asking to pair with my iphone every time I go to sync.

does anyone have any suggestions to how I would be able to stop this from happening.

Hi @dbpierc10  - have you tried logout of the Fitbit App and restarting both watch and phone.

When you login again, go to the phone home screen without closing the App and click on the sync popup and wait for the prompts to pair and link.

That might help, if not remove the Bluetooth entries for your watch and repeat the process.

Is it really the Sense asking @dbpierc10. I'll bet it is the Fitbit app on the phone. 

You of course tap the pair message when you see it. The update disconnects the Sense from the phone. 

Then the next time you sync, you get the same message to pair/connect? Android users the word connect. 

I would open the phones Bluetooth and remove the Sense. When you open the app, the app will request permision to pair/connect.
