I'm sure an expert like @Guy_ can help you, he is definitely a master to identify the issue on batteries.

@SunsetRunner Guy is merely a user of the devices and while some of the suggestions may work, no one here is a master of anything Fitbit. Interesting how within seven minutes of your post, Guy voted for it. You a relative or something?

Hi @Jerica1993 - you were mentioned by @SunsetRunner . You will find there are other reports of this battery issue on the forums.
Before anything else have you Shutdown your watch from the Settings menu? Waited 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it, and also restarted the phone.
What seems likely to cause this is functions and features added with updates [perhaps automatically] or temporary accumulated issues. It's probably not a watch battery fault.
Verify each of the functions you currently have enabled and eliminate the ones you don't need.
Some of the main battery drainers, which vary depending on Firmware level and Fitbit App level and phone, are:
- GPS
- Snore Detection
- SpO2 tracker app [can be uninstalled]
- SpO2 Clock faces
- Clock faces with Internet connections [such as Weather]
- Clock faces that got updated automatically [try changing clock face temporarily]
- Readiness report
and possibly in the watch Settings,
- Status indicators
- Always On Display
- high brightness
- long display timeout
- absence of a Sleep schedule
- some music functions
- etc.
Also review Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
As @Odyssey13 says, if none of that works probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you more.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

So the crazy thing is, I have turned my watch off. I’ve even let it die several times and waited to charge it. This has been going on since I’ve gotten this watch:
