I purchased a Fitbit Sense as a Christmas gift for my husband December 2021. Until about a week ago it worked fine. Now the battery is draining to 0% in about 6-8 hours. Also, it isn't charging to 100% it will get to 99% then start to discharge and the watch gets very warm when charging. We have tried multiple options including charging multiple times during the day.

Also experiencing an issue with battery draining quickly. Got two devices at same time. The one I gave as a gift is having this trouble.

Mine dies exceptionally quicker than my Versa 2 did. If you find a solution please post. Why is the battery so sucky on this watch?
