Sense battery drains in less than two days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had the Sense for 2 months.  Over the last two weeks the battery seems to drain completely within two days.   Each time, I've recharged it to 100% but again last night it seemed to have drained completely.  I've had no sleep readings and non-continuous other readings since then. This is now a serious concern as I have a heart problem and wish to see how my heart and sleep patterns are.
what can be done please.

Do a factory reset, after it installs, disable bluetooth.  Also disable notifications etc. See if that helps with the battery issue.

Hello @margarete. It's great to see you around. @lablover55 Thank you for your great input and it's nice to see you around.

I understand how important is your Sense for you to track your Heart Rate and Sleep, and I'm sorry for the experience. At this time, I'd like to let you know that there was an issue affecting the battery life of smartwatches using the iOS app version 3.41 or 3.42. This inconvenience should be resolved after updating the Fitbit App to the newest version, which is (3.43.1).

Hope this helps.
