Sense battery is draining quickly

Sense battery has started draining very fast. I use to get around 4-5 days use from a charge, and now in the last couple of days it's only lasting 2 days max if I'm lucky, I gave my fitbit sense a full charge and it's already dropped down to 51% battery after inly 8hrs from full charge, I've tried restarting it, turning off some features like the motion wake up and dimming the screen brightness, and if anything it's made it worse rather then better

Hi @GemBran - this can be due to a watch fault or even syncing problems with the new V4 Fitbit  phone app.

To see which, turn off Bluetooth on the phone when you don't need syncing and see if this improves the battery life.

Note: you won't get notifications during this test period.

Thanks I gave it ago, and battery has once again dropped down from 100% to 46% after only 11hrs from being off charge, even with Bluetooth switched off

Hi @GemBran - thanks, check you are not doing activities using GPS, and if not, is it possible the watch suffered water damage?

If not, a factory reset may possibly help but it's not without risk, which can render the watch useless in addition to bugs in the new V4 Fitbit App which can fail to set it up again.

However sync the watch first and run the "Set up a Device" it may help, also try removing the device from the account and add it again, it may just be enough.

It is a good idea to make a note of the names of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before setting up a watch.

If you do a factory reset from the watch Settings, About Sense menu, wait at least 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support who can guide you through the process using the button.

If the watch has a fault nothing will help.
