About a month ago my battery started its annual drain of course CS says buy a new one and this year BT keeps dropping. Makes you go hmmm. I bought my grandson a cheap one from the tt shop that does more than my sense except ekg For 15.00. Originally when I looked at faces one showed it drained the battery fast. That label is gone now.

Before anything else, let me explain that, as with any electronic device, the battery level will depend on how often certain features are used. You may have to charge your watch more often when using an animated clock face, tracking SpO2 or having the GPS enabled during activities. I'd recommend checking this help article which describes some tips to maximize the battery life.
In regards to the Bluetooth, are you still having issues to sync? Do you get an error message when this happens? If you haven't done so, give a try to the troubleshooting described here.
