Sense battery issues and now icon will not leave the screen

I had a Sense for several months when I suddenly started having unpredictable battery problems. Fitbit replaced it for me for which I was happy and grateful. This latest sense is now doing the same thing many months later which has been super frustrating…it says I have 48% battery, for instance, but will die and require charging right after this. Now the Fitbit symbol is the only thing that will display on the face despite attempting to restart both on and off the charger. The app still says I have 48% charge but has not recorded any data.

I had the same problem, my Sense is over 2 years old and I could not get it off the Fitbit symbol. Sorry, not the answer you were looking for. If you cannot hard or soft reset it, I'd be contacting Fitbit direct.

May I suggest you try a restart again.? Squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds until the logo appears and then release it. After about 30 seconds the clock face should reappear.

If this fails you should talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.
