First off, I have not changed any settings. My Sense went from staying charged from 3 days to 1 now. I know the general consensus is going to be turn off “Snore detect”, but that has been on even when my Sense was staying charged for 3 days. So, I don’t and won’t buy that option. Something has changed and I would love to see Fitbit start to try and get this back on track. Especially, if they want to keep customers. The main reason I went with Fitbit was the battery life. If that’s not an option now, then I don’t see the reason staying with Fitbit.

Hi @8BXT9Q - there are many factors that affect battery life, and the way things work can change all the time with updates.
When was the last time you synced the watch and did a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu and logout of the Fitbit app and restarted your phone?
