Sense blank screen

Hi, my Sense is showing black screen. The device still vibrates when I pressed the buttons and there's light at the back of the device.

I've done factory reset with charger attached but doesn't work. Any idea if there's any service centre in Singapore that I can send to?

Hi @Lilkoh Fitbut doesn't have any service centres. Basically.ly if they have a major problem then they need to be replaced. If it is still under Warranty  then contact Fitbit  . Otherwise you will probably need to buy a new watch

Thanks, NellyG. I managed to get in touch with their support team via the chat function. Tried everything they suggested and still doesn't work. My device is less than 6 months old so I believe it should be under warranty.
