Hello I have a new fitbit sense
And today my side button stopped reaponding. I decided to restart the device but it was a bad idea because I can't turn on the watch at all.
Some details ;
Its is up to date
And it is fully charged

Hi @Marie.ca - it could be a watch fault or you are not used to the button.
First try putting it on charge again, this should start it if the watch is working normally.
If not squeeze the watch between finger and thumb so your thumb covers the button for 2 seconds, if that doesn't vibrate and start try holding the button for a full 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

I'm having the same problem.
Typically, just a couple of weeks out of warranty. Been absolutely fine, no issues at all. This afternoon i felt s few vibrations in a short space of time. Screen wouldn't come on just keep flashing up the Fitbit logo and vibrating.
Was fully charged 2 days ago so not running low. Followed instructions from another thread to unlink from the app, restart phone, hold button for 10 seconds - no improvement. It's carried on doing the same for about 3 hours and run out of charge. Plugged in to charge, getting warm but no screen action and no response to pressing the button.
Any advice greatly appreciated
