My Sense is showing "phone" when anyone in my phone contacts call me. Numbers not saved in contacts show the number. This all started on my Versa 2 after factory resetting because the next days date and time started showing on my watch. I'm wondering if it isn't something on my phone that's the issue instead of watch since the issue has been on both watches now. I have completed every troubleshooting solution I can find with no change..my text, email, facebook, etc notifications show sender ID just fine, the contacts for phone calls is the only issue. Would love to know what the heck is going on and what I may or may not be doing wrong here. I'm getting extremely frustrated..

It would seem like the Fitbit App may not have all the required permissions on your phone, worth checking. On Android Press and hold the Fitbit launch Icon and then tap App Info and check permissions.

I have every single permission set I can possibly think to set. Thing is, when my husband and I tested it out, some if his calls would show his name and some of them would show "phone"... If someone could give me an idea if what needs to be set and where, that would be great... I'm about to the point of returning watch and being done with fitbit altogether. I spend more time messing with the settings and permissions than not.... I expect a product I pay decent money for to work right.... ya know....

Did you do the useful first steps of logging out of the Fitbit App and restarting your watch and phone?
You can also try to clear any App problems by
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app
