because my sense is malfunctioning, or in a reboot loop, and trying several different solutions, I logged out and tried to log back in. Said my email or password was incorrect. Requested a reset link but never received email. I get all other Fitbit emails but not to reset. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and still can't log in. Tried fb password and tried google password. Nothing works. Sense is still flashing logo and vibrating and cant get that to work either.
