Sense can’t talk or reply to messages on iPhone

I just got the sense today because it said you can answer calls and reply to texts from the iPhone. The sense controls in Bluetooth is now gone and I can’t get it back.
I get the notifications on the sense and answered a call and I can’t talk through it. It simply answered my phone. I also can’t reply to texts on there

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Debbiedis and thanks for your help @JohnnyRow. Thank you for sharing your calls and replies to notifications inquiry.

You can check: How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch? As, @JohnnyRow mentioned, you can use quick replies to send customized responses to text messages and messages from certain apps with Fitbit Sense. This feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone can respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.

I hope this  information helps.
