Sense charger not connecting unless physically held tight to back of Sense

My Sense is almost a year old and when I charge it, lately have noted that snapping the charger to the back (as usual) it doesn’t always charge.  I noted this after an hour of charging, % didn’t increase.  I disengage it, and reattach, nothing.  If I squeeze the pieces together, and hold it like that, the charge starts and completes….this isn’t practical, so….suggestions?

I want to add that this doesn’t occur every time, but I am extremely watchful of every time I attach the two pieces.

Hi, @Themdragons, welcome to the community, there are quite a lot of threads here on the issue of charging the "Sense". Check your charging cable pins, it is not unusual that one is out of position if this is the case talk to "Customer Support" or alternatively you can buy a replacement from Amazon at a modest cost. I find that regular cleaning of the back of your "Sense" improves things, I use rubbing alcohol with cotton wool and a cotton bud to detail the small pits that house the pins. I usually clean my phone and mouse while I have the swab at hand.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
