My Sense 2 charger has one pin that has pushed in to the case and it will not charge my watch at all. The other 3 pins spring back but one pin is flat. The original charger failed so I bought another charger that only lasted a week and now same problem. Please tell me there is a better charger for the Sense 2 before I go to the dark side (Apple) . I like my Fitbit and was wearing it a lot, this is my third Fitibit and never had charging problems before.

Hi @Magicd - as your watch (Sense 2) is under warranty you can get free replacement chargers.
The problem you have affects many Sense 1/2 and Versa 3/4 owners.
One solution is to never have power on the cable when clipping or unclipping the watch.
If the watch is poorly constructed such that one hole/contact is less prominent it may constantly make a poor connection causing sparking which will cause a cable pin to fail.
Sometimes dirt may cause the same problem so it is good to keep the contacts clean.
If the watch is if faulty construction it can also be replaced under warranty.

Hi @Guy_ Thank you for your advice, Fitbit has replaced my charger under warranty. Great service, very pleased with fast responses and quick delivery from china to New Zealand.
I will follow your advice and make sure I clean the back often and won’t have charger plugged in first, I will attach Watch to cable before plugging in to power so hopefully this charger will last.

My Fitbit is 3-4 years old - I love it and wear it everyday. I just ordered my new charger. It came in a 2 pack. These will be number 4 & 5 for me. I may not buy another Fitbit next time. This is not what I expect from a quality product. Let me know when you update the charger and I’ll plan on buying a new one.

Totally agree. Have had Sense for one year. Have gone through 4 chargers. Not a fan. Irritating
