Hi fitbit team,
My new sense fitbit charger has problem, it is not charging the watch properly. I have to connect and reconnect for charging to happen. Today onwards it has stopped charging......please help.

Hi, if it won't charge the battery will be flat and it can't be started.
Check the 4 pins on the charger, to see if they are equally prominent and well located. It is often a cause of not charging.
If it's faulty get a replacement charge cable under warranty.
