The 4 pins on the sense charging pad can get

loose easily and will not protrude out. It will not

charge. The design is bad.

i had replaced 2 cables in less than 6 month.

can Fitbit improve the design

Hi @Poonjw - this has been a problem for 2 years and the new watches apparently use the same charger. So unfortunately there appears to be no improvement.
