I’ve noticed a chip Appear in the right hand bottom corner on the screen contacted Fitbit customer service to be told they don’t cover the screen yet have read on here that they’ve sent out a replacement to someone else mines not even 3 months old to be told it’s out of warranty now because the screen is chipped not impressed at all

I’m in the uk and they told me my screen it’s not covered under warranty it’s got a chip in the corner. even though it’s only just over 2 months old

Hi @Johnbeer you can read more about the warranty here - click to see. Fitbit takes these cases individually. Did you pay by credit card? Often there is a warranty from them that could cover your broken Sense. Might be worth it to ask them.

Unfortunately I paid cash for it tried to take it back to the shop I got it from they said to contact Fitbit and they would replace it but unfortunately not
