The clock keeps changing back to a simpler version of a clock face showing an outline of the time. Started to happen after a recharge. This issue includes on any Fitbit based clock faces. When I click left button, it reverts back to the selected clock face showing stats etc. but then changes back after a few seconds with no date, no stats, just a time without colors. The clock face had been fine until this weekend, the watch is about seven weeks in use.
- I have disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth
- charged battery again
- force closed app on iPhone and restarted.
- changed to different clock faces
- force restarted the watch.
- app on iPhone etc is up to date.
Thanks for your help in advance!

In Settings, you have selected "always-on display". That display stays on with a limited display, but briefly switches to full display when press button or turn wrist. Find it is Settings and turn off "always-on".

I do not have always on display activated. When I go to my settings it shows the clock face I am supposed to have but will not go back to it. So frustrated!!!!
