Sense clock face won't appear

My new Fitbit Sense does not seem to be working right 

when I double tap it the face does not come on when I hit the button the face stays black I have tried the stay on option and it still isn’t working 

I have also turned it on and off several times still nothing ! Help

So you are basically saying the display never comes on, right?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Only if I swipe right left up or down 

 

but I just went back to the default clock face and it seems to be working now 

I wonder if the clock face I downloaded was causing the problem ?

It well could have been the clock face, especially if it was a third-party one, not "by Fitbit".  They are usually good, but are also place to start looking with display problems.  I think sometimes Fitbit makes back-end changes that third-party developers don't always keep up with.

But glad you got it working now.
