Time date showing but no he steps spo2 showing

Hi @Grhm,

 

All of my Mom's stats on her Sense disappeared the other day too. When we talked to Support, we were advised to do a Factory Reset by pressing the sensor on the side for about 15 seconds. Then you set it up as a new device, and you should be fine.

 

I do not know of a permanent fix, however, we did file a report with Fitbit and are waiting to hear.

Hi @Grhm.

 

If you go into the today app on your Fitbit, are the steps and spO2 data showing in there? If so and it's only the clock face that isn't displaying it, have you tried changing to a different clock face?
