Sense completely non functional lately

My sense won’t charge well the past two days, takes two charges a day to stay operational… the alarms have not worked for three days… today the Sense would not sync, and reset to the Fitbit logo on the touchscreen for an hour then shut off.  The button doesn’t do anything, it will not turn back on.  Charging it doesn’t get a vibration or start up screen either.  It’s only three months old.  What the hell- Fitbit quality is rapidly declining.
