Hello, I am trying to setup the "sense controls" on my new Fitbit but the device isn't registering my phone as connected when on my phone it says that it is connected. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting the Fitbit but to no avail. Being able to control music from my watch is an important feature to me. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Hi there, @cheeselord. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand how important is to you to have your Sense Controls linked to your phone.

Note that Sense Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?

As for music, please see How do I control music with my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
