Sense correctly records number of swimming lengths but app doesn't

As per the title - I've used my Sense for 3 years without this issue. However, now the watch records the correct number of lengths (usually 60+) but the app is showing only 1 length for each swim.

Any ideas?

Thank you for providing the information regarding this difficulty with the Fitbit app. 

Could you confirm if you're tracking your swim with the Exercise app on your Fitbit device? Or is it with SmartTrack

In the meantime, I'd suggest rebooting your phone and checking if the swim units are set correctly on the Fitbit app with the instructions described here.

Thanks, I track my swims with the Exercise App. I'll try with SmartTrack next time.

Can confirm that I've already rebooted my phone and have checked the swim units.
