Sense counts way to many floors

My fitbit sense counts way to many floors. It reads 100-200 more floors a day than I actually climb in a day. I tried reseting,updating and keeping it tight to my wrist. My old fitbit ionic used to count them perfectly. Please help is my fitbit defective would this be a warranty issue?

Hi @SunsetRunner - if you look in the forums lots of people report this bug in the firmware. There is nothing you can do to fix it.

To demonstrate how the pressure sensor is working on your watch you can try the SimpleFloors app. It also tries to do better floors counting to confirm your watch is fine.
