Hi All,
Not a question but posting for awareness.
I have just had excellent customer service via live chat with fitbit.
My fitbit strap disconnected when I was putting it back on after washing my hands and it dropped on the tiled floor and cracked the screen.
After reading lots of posts on here about poor experiences I wasn't holding out much hope on getting a positive response however I was delighted to find that after asking a couple of questions, including where I had purchased my product, they have arranged for a full replacement to be sent to me. This was all within about 5 minutes of my first message.
I am conscious this forum covers multiple countries where consumer rights may be different but felt it was useful to share my experience for those who perhaps have the same issue in the UK.

@Happycustomeruk , I agree. They are good when it comes to replacements. Clock face on my Sense fell off unexpectedly. Called them Monday morning, Tuesday afternoon DHL was on my door delivering a new one, that was shipped from The Netherlands. Not familiar with UK consumer rights, but Europe in general have strong consumer rights. In Norway we have from two to five years of warranty. Unfortunately, they are not good at answering software and firmware related issues.
