Sense crapped out after 15 months and only 35% warranty support

I was ocean swimming yesterday and my Sense crapped out a few hours later. I typically wear mine all day, including sleep, showers and training. I have had this for 15 months so Fitbit only offered 35% off of a replacement. Close to one year but not close enough. I am upset as I had gone through a battery recall on my Ionic last year so I am questioning reliability and wondering if I should plunk down another few 100 dollars for another one?

Hi @EHammar  - See I think my Fitbit Sense finally bit the dust!

As mentioned the seals can be very variable, especially over time, if used for swimming.

If you are going to buy a new watch you have a free choice of the brand and model.

Same thing happened to me yesterday! Except that I never even got mine wet . .it makes no sense(pun intended)! It just died and they said  my warranty won't cover it and offered me 35% discount. I live on disability and was lucky to get the one I have! SMH...they could have at least given me half off. When able, I'll probably go for something different.

Same thing. Crapped out when doing nothing after 20 months x No help with customer service, just 35% off another. Ridiculous. Even went to manager and offered a free watch band. Beyond insulted by Fitbit

I'm with you there! I'm literally days outside of my warranty and that's how they're doing me! I was lucky to have gotten that one, let alone  another one! I'm on disability and had to buy it with affirm! I haven't even had it paid off very long...I'm so tired of getting screwed over.  It seemed to happen when I merged it with my google account....
