Sense crazy step count

Hi my sense registered that I done over 70,000 while I was sleeping, I don't know what's going on with it, I keep it charged and clean it regularly, I would make sure to change the settings to dominant/ non dominant hand but it makes no difference, I know for a fact I couldn't be moving that much, has anyone else experienced this?

Mine does the same, it also counts steps when charging. I'm contacting fitbit today about this.

Has this happened to you before? I would recommend restarting your watch and contacting our team if you can.

Mine has done it several times before. I talked to someone today and tried resetting it and it didn't do anything. I've only had this one for 4 months. It's really frustrating.

You can try negating your steps from the time the extra steps showed. For better assistance I would recommend contacting our Support Team. Click here to get connected.

It's weird because they were too many steps @RealSting.

Lol thought that myself either that or I've started sleep walking which is an excellent way to get my steps in when in busy

Thanks for getting back  to us @Weerosh and for your comment. I hope you can negate your steps with a non-step based activity. You can find the instructions on the link I shared with you.

Hello everyone,

So I am glad not the only one  my sense has been doing that as well.  It only does it from Saturday night into Sunday morning. During the week it's fine and records normally. I do have vivid Dreams when it happening. Maybe there's a correlation to it but can't say definitively.
