@Spopar1 It sounds like you are describing an app issue, not a Sense issue. Do you use Android or iPhone? Can you also give more details? I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

Best AnswerWe both have iphone14s. Apps are all up to date. Since about December we have both had sporadic problems with data not syncing, data appearing in background details but not on dashboard, settings screens going blank, etc. I have worked with support to follow troubleshooting suggestions. None have provided a permanent solution.
