Sense didn't track a SpO2 reading

I’ve had my watch since 11/20 and never had issues with getting an SPO2 reading.

Hence I know how to wear the watch and clean the sensors/watch back frequently.

The last 4 nights have not gotten a reading.
this happening to anyone else?

Hi @Clove6060 I'm glad to see you here.

Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your SPO2 readings, I appreciate the troubleshooting performed before contacting us.

I want to share with you that there are some factors that may affect this reading, such as not using the SpO2 Signature clock face, not syncing after waking up or getting less than 3 hours of sleep. If they don't apply to you, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture > Sense > Clock Faces.
  2. Verify if the settings and permissions for the SpO2 Signature clock face are correct.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Wear your watch slightly higher on your wrist to sleep and sync it with the Fitbit app once you're awake to check your details.

Hope this helps, keep me posted.

@CindyMFitbit

I checked my apps yesterday morning and saw where the SpO2 app had an update.  I updated it and I got a reading this morning. That seemed to be the problem. I had issues with the watch not being responsive the other day and did a “forget device” and then did an “add device”. Maybe that caused a need for an SpO2 update.
