Sense difficulties with notifications, heart-rate and clock faces

So My Fiance and I had to switch to sense after they recalled the Ionics we had (the best watch with no defects) Since then the watch I Am wearing will not upload certain clock faces, Sporadically delivers notifications, does not record accurate heart rate which then affects total output of energy for the day.. I talked to customer service Since My Fiance does not seemed to have as many issues and did not get a resolution.
