Why dose the Bluetooth connect and disconnect all day long. Not just a few times but back to back all day. It kills my watch and phone.

How do you know it's doing that?
Are there any visible signs?
The workaround for this iOS Fitbit app bug is to turn off Bluetooth on the phone, then the watch battery won't drain so rapidly.

It pops up on my Android phone every time it disconnects or connects.

If I turn off the Bluetooth on my phone then the watch cannot sync with my phone.

Is it shown on the status bar?
May be this is a new issue on Android too?
Android phones do a regular scan. Check your battery optimization on the phone, may be disable it for both Bluetooth and Fitbit App.

Not in the notification section it pops up on the bottom of the screen Bluetooth device connected Bluetooth device disconnected that fast repeatedly. And if I turn my Bluetooth off on my phone I can't use my Bluetooth earpiece along with other Bluetooth devices that I use.

Would be Interesting to know firmware version of watch, Fitbit App version and phone type.
Just in case, have you tried shutdown of your watch, charge and restart, and also restart of phone?
