Last night put my sense on charge as it was on 2%.
This morning went to get it off charger to find it dead.
Discover on disconnection and reconnect the sense displayed 0% charge and then screen goes black.
I've tested this on other USB chargers and USB ports with the same results.
All listed methods failed to work.

Hi @AJPierre - the watch may be fine, first follow the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It is also possible the watch developed a fault which will generally manifest itself with other strange behaviour, so if it was behaving normally it should be fine and it has simply not charged.
However it is also good as a precaution to make sure the watch does not get very hot when charging in case there is a fault too.

I’ve just had the same problem. Is your guarantee still valid? I went through the help process and was guided through various steps and now I’m getting a replacement. Excellent customer service

Please tell me how you did that. I have been talking with the customer service people to try it on different ports for the charger and it takes at least three full days for my cents to get to 30% and then the only reason I know that it’s 30% is because the app tells me it’s at 30% Because I have no display on my screen. I have gone through all the steps. They’ve told me to do how to change the watch phase how to clean the charger on the sense and on the charger and all of the steps that they wanted us to do and I never got anywhere and my Fitbit I got on August 5 and by November 15. It was no longer working had no screen would not charge would display a 0% on the screen but then it would only vibrate if I push the button. Any help you can provide me would be greatly appreciated .

Hi @Socceb9 - did you check the earlier replie?
It the watch needs charging the battery % won't change in the Fitbit App.
Check the time of last sync. If that doesn't change then it's not syncing which indicates the watch needs charging or is broken and needs replacing under warranty.
