Sense displays not working

I've noticed ever since I ran the last firmware update the HR and steps are no longer displaying on the clock face.  They are however showing on my fitbit app.  How can I get my HR and steps to display again on the clock face?

Hi @Zone1 - swipe the watch face to the left and click on the Today app and check there, the values are most likely showing there which would indicate it is a clock face issue and changing to another face would resolve it.

 

If the values don't appear in the Today app, restart the watch How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

A restart may also correct the current clock face or an uninstall/reinstall of the face might also if you have a preferred one.

Unfortunately neither step worked.  Checked the vitals on the sense watch face by swiping to the left and no details are showing there either.

@Zone1- try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They can help you with a factory reset which may cure if there isn't a more severe problem.
